Force Protection Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2009 Results
Force Protection, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) today reported financial results for the third quarter of 2009. The Company’s net income for the third quarter 2009 was $3.2 million, or $0.05 per share, which includes a one-time pre-tax charge of $19.3 million, or $12.9 million after-tax, $0.19 per share, compared to net income of $19.9 million, or $0.29 per share, for the third quarter of 2008. All per share amounts are expressed on a diluted basis.
