Integrated Survivability Technologies (IST) is a British joint venture between Force Protection Industries Inc., a subsidiary of Force Protection Inc., and NP Aerospace Ltd., a subsidiary of The Morgan Crucible Company plc. IST combines the resources, know-how and experience of the United States' leading manufacturer of blast and ballistic protected tactical wheeled vehicles and the United Kingdom's most successful vehicle integrator.

Together, they have equipped the UK Armed Forces with the Mastiff Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle and the Ridgback Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. Both are favorites for personnel in Afghanistan and Iraq because of their high levels of protection. The Mastiff 6 x 6 and Ridgback 4 x 4 are based on the highly successful Cougar MRAP, which is extensively used by the United States Army and Marines as well as Canadian, Hungarian and Italian Armed Forces.

IST also supplies Wolfhound heavy tactical support vehicles to the UK MoD. Based on the Cougar/Mastiff vehicle platform, the Wolfhound provides survivable logistics support capability essential for mobile operations. It features a multi-mission adaptable platform that can be configured for a wide range of support tasks. IST is the prime contractor for the Wolfhound and is responsible for delivering the entire programme, including spares, support and upgrades. It is IST's intention to fulfill a similar role for all Cougar and Buffalo variants in the UK market.
