Cougar JERRV
The Cougar Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Rapid Response Vehicle (JERRV) is the vehicle of choice for
U.S. EOD teams and other first response units. The JERRV comes in 4X4 and 6X6 class, with capacities to
seat four to 10 passengers with equipment, or up to 12 passengers with equipment, respectively. The JERRV
is an urban fighting vehicle designed for ordnance removal, communications, command and control, and lead
convoy missions.
Cougar ILAV
Force Protection produces the Cougar Iraqi Light Armored Vehicle (ILAV) in cooperation with BAE Systems.
Leveraging proven designs, including the V-shaped hull that deflects the forces of explosions away from
passengers, the ILAV is being delivered to the U.S. Army, and destined for Iraqi military forces.
Cougar Mastiff
The Cougar Mastiff Protected Patrol Vehicle (Mastiff PPV) is being produced for the British Ministry of
Defense. The Mastiff vehicle meets British requirements for a well-protected, wheeled patrol vehicle, and
is based on the successful design of the Cougar JERRV, which has an unmatched record of troop safety
in combat operations.

Since its initial deployment with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force in 2004, the Cougar mine-protected
vehicle is synonymous with troop safety, providing protection in the face of more than a thousand IEDs
attacks and mine detonations.
Based on its unmatched performance in the field, U.S. and Coalition forces have requested several
additional platforms based on the Cougar vehicle design.
