The International Light Armored Vehicle (ILAV) is proof that you can have it all. It gives you the agility, mobility and confidence of a 4X4 vehicle along with the battle-proven protection of Force Protection's v-shaped hull. And, because the ILAV is based on Force Protection's successful Cougar platform, many of the ILAV's parts are interchangeable. That means the vehicle has survivability and reliability built in. In fact, it can be easily maintained with simple, everyday hand tools.

Five variants, which start with a common platform, are designed to serve different mission roles and can be outfitted with equipment such as a 28-foot IED interrogator arm and a roof gunner's protection system. Other special versions and features include a joint rapid response and training platform, a heavy-duty alternator for greater electrical capability and a reconfigured, protected rear docking and personnel area.

For the ever-changing battlefield, the ILAV's mobility, renowned blast protection and specialized configurations make it an ideal vehicle for most any mission.
